Things to consider when planning an Outdoor Kitchens Central Coast:
Your outdoor kitchen must be built undercover
Your outdoor kitchen should be built 1 metre in from the edge of your overhead covering
Your area should have at least two open walls for ventilation purposes
If you’re building on a balcony the kitchen should be inset 900mm from the edge
Your kitchen needs to be placed on a solid surface ie decking, tiles or concrete slab
If building on a deck you need to ensure your deck has been engineered to support weight in the ranges of 500-1000kg
Your outdoor kitchen should be built hard up against a wall
Note if building in a coastal region there could be a degree of unavoidable corrosion
